Sasa’s Corner brings Egyptian Street Food to the fore, straight from the streets of Cairo to the parks of Darling Harbour, at the much awaited New Beginnings Festival In Spring.
Sahar Elsemary is the passionate chef behind the plate, and is eager to introduce authentic, mouth-watering dishes to the streets of Sydney. Sahar has been featured on ABC Radio’s ‘Life Matters’ and identifies as a 'senior-preneur’. Learn more about her story. Sasa’s Corner is local to Bankstown, Sydney, although Sahar would very much like to launch a new beginning to her business and expand her culinary reach by featuring her food stall at this year’s festival. Sahar is passionate about showing her support to the Sydney refugee and migrant community, and to all those embarking on a new beginning.
